Shipping & Delivery

All parcels are despatched from Sydney, Australia.

We endeavour to despatch orders within two business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 5-10 days within Australia depending on the destination of the purchase. Express Post delivery where available is for despatch within 2-3 working days.

We suggest delivery direct to your home or workplace as goods are required to be signed for.

In the event that our carrier is unsuccessful in delivering to you on more than one occasion, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. In the event that this occurs any additional freight charges will be incurred to resend your parcel.

Delivery lead times are estimated as accurately as possible. We will not be held liable for third party delays including but not limited to carrier delays, natural weather events, peak freight periods, country’s customers (export/import) clearance requirements etc. No compensation will be paid in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded.
